Delegates from Institute of Civil Engineers visited the RAK Campus and helped the students register with free membership to ICE, giving an access to knowledge and training.

Melanie Hill (Membership Support Coordinator) and Andrew Mountain (WSP Group & ICE Member) gave the students a comprehensive overview about the benefits of professional membership and the importance of continuous professional development.

Director of Administration Mr. Raj Nambiar said,
“It’s just one of the many ways we help our students get ahead in their careers. Industry engagement is important to us and we recognise that in this competitive world, we must help our students develop networks that will help them to shape successful futures.”

The students found the visit informative and we hope to arrange similar institutions to attend campus in the near future.
